Rental Agreement Details
Beach Mahj 30A, LLC – Rental Terms & Conditions
Rental Rates (3 Day Min.)
- Tile Rentals $40 per set / per day (24 hours)
- Table Rentals $25 per table / per day (24 hours)
- Floating Pool Mat Rentals $50 per mat / per day (24 hours)
Booking Requirements
Payment and deposit must be received to secure your rental equipment. All rentals are confirmed only once full payment and deposit are processed.
Pickup & Delivery Options
Free Local Pickup: Available in the Rosemary Beach – Watersound – Inlet Beach (30A area). Exact address and pickup details provided via email after checkout.
Optional Delivery Services:
- Delivery (One Way): $50
- Pickup (One Way): $50
- Available within a 10-mile radius of zip code 32413 (non-peak seasons).
- During peak season, delivery range may be limited to 5 miles.
Security Deposit & Identification
- $150 refundable deposit required at checkout.
- A copy or photo of a valid driver’s license is required for pickup or delivery.
- Deposit refunded upon return of all items in original condition.
Late Returns: $35 per additional 24 hours.
Missing or Damaged Items (charged at replacement value):
- Tile Set: $250
- Mat: $80
- Racks: $60
- Tablecloth: $95
- NMJL Card: $20
- Dice: $5
- Carry-All Mahjong Bag: $100
Please note: a missing or chipped tile renders the full set unusable and will incur the full replacement charge.

Rental FAQs
Can I rent multiple sets for a larger event?
Absolutely! We love a good Mahjong party. Whether it’s a girls’ weekend, retreat, or corporate event, you can rent as many sets as you need—just add them to your booking or reach out for a custom quote.
What happens if the items I request aren’t available?
We do our best to keep plenty of sets on hand, but availability can vary by week. If your preferred style isn’t available, we’ll contact you with similar options or alternate pickup dates to make sure your game still goes on.
I’ve never played before — can I still rent a set?
Of course! Mahjong is for everyone. Our rental sets come with everything you need to get started, and if you’d like extra help, we also offer private lessons and guided play sessions to get you feeling confident before your big game.
What if I accidentally lose or damage something?
Life happens! Your $150 security deposit covers the entire set until everything is returned in good condition. Missing or damaged items are simply deducted at their listed replacement value—no surprises.
(A chipped tile makes the whole set unplayable, so please handle with care!)
When will I receive my security deposit back?
Your $150 security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of your rental return. All items are checked and confirmed to be in their original condition upon their return! Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
We make it simple — return everything as received, and your deposit comes right back to you! We want your business again!
Can I extend my rental if I’m not ready to give it back?
Yes! If you’re still mid-tournament or just having too much fun, extensions are $45 per additional 24 hours—pending availability. Just text or email us before your return time to confirm.
Do you offer Mahjong lessons too?
We sure do! Whether you’re a total beginner or ready to level up your game, we offer private, group, and drop-in lessons all along Scenic 30A. Check out our Mahjong Lessons page to learn more and reserve your spot.
What about social play in the area?
We’d love for you to join us! Beach Mahj 30A hosts weekly drop-in social play dates from Monday through Thursday at favorite local spots along Scenic 30A — from morning games at Sweet Henrietta’s to Mahjong & Cocktails nights at The Courtyard at Pescado.
Our Social Play sessions are open to locals, visitors, and vacationers — the perfect way to meet new friends, swap stories, and enjoy a little friendly competition under the coastal sunshine.
